There are so many options to fill your bourekas with Mashed potatoes, cheese, meat, veggies.

500g ground beef | |
2-3 garlic cloves | |
¼ cup parsley | |
¼ cup coriander | |
1 tablespoon paprika | |

Fry a chopped onion for about 3-4 minutes.
Add the ground beef, garlic, parsley, & coriander and let it cook for another 4 minutes.
