Directions
1.
First, make the patties
In a large bowl mix all the patties ingredients together.
Preheat a pan with a thin layer of olive oil.
Once the mixture is ready (It should be a little stiff, but not too much) start shaping the patties while your hands are wet.
Note: When your hands are wet it will be a lot easier to shape the patties and they will have a nice, smooth, texture.

3.
Make the sauce
Once I have all the patties ready, I start making the sauce.
To the same pan, add a little more olive oil and start frying the onion (Cut it as you like).
Add the sugar and let it caramelize together.
Add to the pan the soy sauce and dates syrup & stir.
Dissolve 1 chicken cube in the water and add it to the pan.
Place the patties back again in the pan (Where the sauce sits) and let it simmer until the sauce gets a little denser.
feel free to add some coriander on top, I LOVE coriander.

Notes
I usually shape the patties and immediately put them in the pan. I repeat this until the bowl is empty.
These patties seriously go with everything! With rice, in a sandwich, whatever you love!
